To build a 13.6m double expanding exhibition trailer takes between 20-26 weeks depending on the final specification. Find out more about our mobile exhibition trailer manufacturing process here.

We can provide you with two options, you can either buy a second-hand trailer and we can modify it for you, or you can rent one from EMS Roadshow which we could modify for you.

Whilst we have re-fitted a display vehicle in just 2 weeks, we would recommend allowing 6-8 weeks to complete a refurbishment from design approval.

Most of our exhibition vehicles are designed to expand hydraulically. Our most popular vehicle design, Voyager, provides 56m² of internal space. Yes, we can either support your existing internal design team or agency with drawings and technical specifications or we can provide a full design package from initial concepts to final drawings and specification. Find out more about our design and build offering here.

Whilst most of the vehicles we produce require a specialist licence to drive them, we are developing a design concept for a smaller self-drive vehicle. Please get in touch for details.

All our vehicles are built under the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and are provided with all relevant certification including a detailed operational manual. Yes, we have a 18,000 sq.ft state-of-the-art production facility which provides us with necessary space and equipment to manufacture and refurbish our mobile exhibition trailers. You can find out more about the features of our production facility here.

The most people who have simultaneously been on board our Graduate model is 80, however the typical group size is between 30-40 delegates on our Voyager models. Find out more about vehicle capacity on our EMS Roadshow website.

All our vehicles include a high quality, super silent generator. The capacity of each generator varies dependant on client requirements.
